Bridge the Gap AcademyA center-based school program designed to reignite student engagement and rebuild confidence for successful reintegration. We follow every student’s IEP with care, ensuring progress toward their individual goals while supporting the growth of real-world skills—such as independence, self-regulation, and communication—that are often harder to develop in a typical classroom environment.

Adult Day ServicesEmpowering adults with diverse abilities to build independence, social skills, and confidence through meaningful, personalized programming. We focus on helping each person uncover their strengths, explore their interests, and grow toward their fullest level of independence in all areas of life.

Youth & Young Adult Programs
Engaging programs for elementary through young adult participants that foster connection, build confidence, and strengthen life and social skills. Through group activities, sensory experiences, and family support, we help every individual grow within a supportive community.
